should I get regular facials and how often?

yes, yes, and did I say YES?  your skin is the largest organ of the body. Regular facials can improve circulation which will help dull, loose skin. it will also prevent a build up of dead skin cells, toxins, and bacteria as well as induce a deep level of relaxation and rejuvenation. every 4-6 weeks is recommended because that’s how long it takes for skin cell turnover.  this will help your skin look and feel its best. 

can you overuse skin care products?

your skin has a natural skin barrier with a pH factor. healthy skin will have a pH factor between 4.7-5 which is ideal. over use of products, excessive exfoliation, and chemical peels can disrupt the pH on your face leading to an inflammatory response to your skin.
